About Sync

Sync Leadership is a disabled-led programme exploring Deaf and disabled leadership, founded in 2009 by Sarah Pickthall and Jo Verrent, two disabled leaders based in the UK.

The programme combines leadership theory with one to one coaching, supporting participants to develop their leadership potential. Sync has already run programmes in Australia, South Korea, Singapore and the UK.

Sync Canada is supported by British Council and Canada Council for the Arts. This May, in Toronto, we will work with Deaf and disabled leaders working in arts, culture, heritage and media in Canada, developing new skills, confidence and solutions so those chosen can move their careers forward with renewed purpose.
