We are currently developing Sync in Canada with our partners British Council, Canada and Canada Council for the Arts.
Working with 16 people across two cohorts in 2020, our aim is to inspire and build exceptional leadership thinking and action, shaping a new, vibrant, inclusive future with a diversity of Deaf and disabled perspectives central – so vital in these turbulent times.
We recruited our first Sync cohort for Ontario. A week long intensive session in June 2020 with individually tailored 1:1 coaching underpined this ambition.
We are recruiting again in September 2020 to run the programme in Quebec in the autumn.
