Jeremy Hawkes is a visual artist, arts worker, advocate writer and sometime performer with over 30 years experience. He has exhibited extensively in Australia, New Zealand, Germany and recently in the UK. Since 2007 he has identified as an artist with disability and has been a long time queer advocate and cultural worker. He currently resides between northern NSW and Brisbane.

Jeremy’s work explores ideas around identity / pathology, the Body as a site of inscription and evolutionary theory. He is a founding member of the Deluge Collective – an international collaboration of artists, musicians, performers and writers from Australia, the UK and Hong Kong.

I am delighted to be a part of this program and look forward to the chance to further develop my ideas of authentic leadership, working with my peers in the sector and to share with the broader community.
